Q: Do you buy items from individuals?

A: Absolutely! We're always on the lookout for reclaimed goods and unique treasures. If you have items you would like us to take a look at, please contact us at info@ecorelics.com with a short description and photos of the item. We DO NOT take walk-ins and drop-offs.

Q: Where is Eco Relics located?

A: Eco Relics is located at 106 Stockton St. in Jacksonville's Rail Yard District in Northeast Florida. See detailed directions on Google Maps.

Pet-Friendly

Q: Is Eco Relics pet-friendly?

A: Yes! Eco Relics is pet-friendly. We ask that animals remain on a leash at all times.

Returns

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: All items are final sale. We do not accept returns.

Shipping

Q: Can I have items shipped?

A: We offer shipping for our website customers, and we are happy to discuss shipping fees for larger items you may see in our store or feeds. Shipping fees vary based on the size and weight of the item, as well as your location. 

Store Hours

Q: What are Eco Relics' store hours?

A: Eco Relics is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00AM-5:00PM and Sunday from 10:00AM-4:00PM.
